Ecopsychotherapy

In short, Ecopsychotherapy is a psychotherapeutic process that brings nature and the natural world into the centre of therapy. For anyone experiencing ecological grief, eco anxiety, feelings of loss and helplessness around the changing environment, a fear of nature, or simply wanting a deeper more connected relationship with the natural world, Ecopsychotherapy is for you. If you would like more information about this process, please get in touch.

Sessions are in situ and can be held in private gardens, local gardens, or in regional and remote landscapes, for individuals or groups, and in workshop settings. This is an inclusive therapy that can support those with additional needs including reduced mobility.

"The most radical thing any of us can do at this time is to be fully present to what is happening in the world." - Joanna Macy
